Fitness Staff want to meet you!

We encourage you to make an appointment whether you are a beginner, advanced, athlete or coming back to fitness.  Our professional fitness staff will take your information and create a

workout just for you. 

A personal trainer will assist you in two 60 minute sessions with the following:

(There is no fee for the two sessions.)

My Health Today: An evaluation of your exercise and health history to date and addressing your personal goals and needs.

Personal Fitness Instruction: Your trainer will customize a safe, effective exercise program.

 Tracking you: Discuss your exercise progress with the result of feeling confident in your

exercise program.

More than 60 cardio machines: Treadmills, Precor ellipticals, Precor AMT's, Expresso bikes, upright recumbent bikes, Concept 2 rowers, Nautilus step mill, stair steppers, and more!

Strength equipment: 2 multi-exercise power racks (one with platform), leg press, Smith machines, Olympic bench press, 2 cable crossovers, chest fly/rear delt machine, lat pulldown, Gravitron, standing and seated calf machines, and dumbbells ranging from 3 -125 pounds. Many bars, plates and accessories also available.

Life Fitness circuit: 16 individual strength machines to begin your training program.

Abdominal and lower back training stations, along with a large stretching area.

Cardio theater (bring your headset or buy one at the LrC). Personal televisions available on select equipment.
