Fitness Adult Special Interest Classes

PWR! Moves (Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery)

Cardio training with repetition of the four foundational skills that underlie everyday function.
Monday and Wednesday 7-8pm
Fee: $100/member; $120/nonmember (Fall: 7 Weeks)

Rock Steady Boxing – All Levels

This Boxing class, open to all levels of fighters, will help fuel the fight against Parkinson’s disease by improving daily quality of life and even building impressive power, strength, flexibility and speed through a variety of exercises. Every class is different as you are challenged to continue your fight! Assessment will be offered to each participant as needed and spouses & companions are encouraged to attend the classes.
Monday & Wednesday 12pm-1pm

NEW! Ballroom Dance

This Adult Date Night Ballroom Dance Class will teach you 3 different routines in both styles of Standard Ballroom and Latin that you and your sweetheart will be able to show off on any dance floor.

Functional 50+

Looking for ways to meet new friends or motivation to get moving? Join us in a low impact exercise program designed to accommodate the need of active older adults focusing on posture work, strength and  resistance training.

NEW! High Fitness

The High Fitness workout is a carefully formulated program, designed for high caloric-burn and full body toning… creating the maximum HIIT effect, while maintaining safety and producing results for its participants in pre-formulated 55/60 minute class workout times. Participants have been known to burn anywhere from 500-700 calories in their one Hour High Fitness workout. WOW, right?!!!

NEW! Kickboxing Club

Boxing for weight loss management and stress relief.  This class will stimulate every muscle group as you punch and kick your way through the workout.  Bring your own gloves.

Kettlebell (Fall 2 Only)

A 45 min. class to give fast results for strength, endurance and muscle toning.

Power Vinyasa Yoga

A flowing practice that will get your heart pumping while also encouraging you to find your authentic personal power in life. The aim is to create freedom, peace of mind, and the ability to live more by. This practice is a training ground for facing emotional and philosophical challenges in your life.

Running & Triathlon Club

Beginners & Experienced Runners or Triathletes are welcome to join our friendly club. We will help you to train and participate for races or marathons or triathlons.

Team Fitness

Virtual Sprint: An indoor 30 minutes cycling workout that uses high-intensity interval training to help you smash goals faster.

Kids Boxing Club

This class teaches basic boxing skills and techniques such as stance and guard and target. It increases strength and improves endurance. Agility and strength drills included in each class. These skills give kids self-confidence while keeping them physically fit.

Speed & agility for Youth Athletes (Ages 7-13) FALL 2 ONLY

A conditioning program to improve power strength, endurance, explosiveness, balance and flexibility to prevent injuries.

NEW! Virtual Born to Move (Ages 7-13) FALL 2 ONLY

This class uses music, games and energy for ages 7-13 to learn cool moves from dance, martial arts and yoga.

Performance Training and Nutrition Coaching for Athletes

This training is designed to improve the physical demands of sport on and off the field. The foal is to develop a more dynamic transfer from the weight room to the field and work on the speed, power and mobility. You will optimize long-term athletic development and sport specific training. Nutrition coaching will be added to boost your results, maximize performance, recovery and repair.
