PWR! Moves (Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery)

Cardio training with repetition of the four foundational skills that underlie everyday function.
Monday and Wednesday 7-8pm

Rock Steady Boxing – All Levels

This Boxing class, open to all levels of fighters, will help fuel the fight against Parkinson’s disease by improving daily quality of life and even building impressive power, strength, flexibility and speed through a variety of exercises. Every class is different as you are challenged to continue your fight! Assessment will be offered to each participant as needed and spouses & companions are encouraged to attend the classes.

Get ready to tone your ABS and GLUTES! That’s right, 30 minutes of isolation and toning your midsection & targeting your glutes.

Functional 50+

Looking for ways to meet new friends or motivation to get moving? Join us in a low impact exercise program designed to accommodate the need of active older adults focusing on posture work, strength and  resistance training.

Golf Conditioning (Spring 1 Only)

Improve your flexibility, strength, core, balance, plus hit the ball further.  With added power you will have increased control over your shots right through the final hole.

NEW! Kickboxing Club

Boxing for weight loss management and stress relief.  This class will stimulate every muscle group as you punch and kick your way through the workout.  Bring your own gloves.

Using exercise drumsticks, a drumming workout mixing cardio and strength.

Power Vinyasa Yoga

A flowing practice that will get your heart pumping while also encouraging you to find your authentic personal power in life. The aim is to create freedom, peace of mind, and the ability to live more by. This practice is a training ground for facing emotional and philosophical challenges in your life.

Running & Triathlon Club

Beginners & Experienced Runners or Triathletes are welcome to join our friendly club. We will help you to train and participate for races or marathons or triathlons like Lititz recCenter 4th Annual Triathlon Sunday August 5, 2018 at 8am.

Work with  a committed team for 45 minutes  intervals and 15 minutes  strength.

Women’s Force

Every class is something different and you never get bored because it is a surprise every time.  This is a body sculpting class using the free weights and the cable equipment.
Tuesday & Thursday 7-8pm

Women’s Self Defense Workshop

This class is the most straightforward war to avoid dangerous situations and protect yourself. It’s always better to avoid attacks than to go through one and attempt to survive. We will cover numerous ways to avoid and navigate dangerous situations.
March 22 & 29 or April 19 & 26

A low impact class to beat the stress! Tai-Chi will gently help you improve your balance, mental focus and range of motion.

A conditioning program to improve power, strength, endurance, explosiveness, balance & flexibility to prevent injuries.

Conditioning for Competitive Swimmers
