Rock Steady Boxing – All Levels

This Boxing class, open to all levels of fighters, will help fuel the fight against Parkinson’s disease by improving daily quality of life and even building impressive power, strength, flexibility and speed through a variety of exercises. Every class is different as you are challenged to continue your fight! Assessment will be offered to each participant as needed and spouses & companions are encouraged to attend the classes.

Are you ready to give your body the jump start it needs to reach and attain your fitness goals? If yes, Boot Camp is for you! NEW! High Fitness

The High Fitness workout is a carefully formulated program, designed for high caloric-burn and full body toning… creating the maximum HIIT effect, while maintaining safety and producing results for its participants in pre-formulated 45/50-55/60 minute class workout times. Participants have been known to burn anywhere from 500-700 calories in their one Hour High Fitness workout. WOW, right?!!!

Boxing for weight loss management and stress relief.  This class will stimulate every muscle group as you punch and kick your way through the workout.  Bring your own gloves.

Power Vinyasa Yoga

A flowing practice that will get your heart pumping while also encouraging you to find your authentic personal power in life. The aim is to create freedom, peace of mind, and the ability to live more by. This practice is a training ground for facing emotional and philosophical challenges in your life.

Beginners & Experienced Runners or Triathletes are welcome to join our friendly club. We will help you to train and participate for races or marathons or triathlons like Lititz recCenter 4th Annual Triathlon Sunday August 5, 2018 at 8am.

Women’s Self Defense Workshop

This class is the most straightforward war to avoid dangerous situations and protect yourself. It’s always better to avoid attacks than to go through one and attempt to survive. We will cover numerous ways to avoid and navigate dangerous situations.

Fitness Youth Classes


Kids Boxing Club

This class teaches basic boxing skills and techniques such as stance and guard and target. It increases strength and improves endurance. Agility and strength drills included in each class. These skills give kids self-confidence while keeping them physically fit.

Performance Training and Nutrition Coaching for Athletes

This training is designed to improve the physical demands of sport on and off the field. The foal is to develop a more dynamic transfer from the weight room to the field and work on the speed, power and mobility. You will optimize long-term athletic development and sport specific training. Nutrition coaching will be added to boost your results, maximize performance, recovery and repair. One-on-one or group sessions available. Sign up before May 21 for 5 or more sessions and receive an additional 60 minute session and personalized me plan.
