Senior Class

PiYo
A workout combining yoga and Pilates as well as stretching and dynamic movements. When performed on a regular basis, PiYo will increase your strength, flexibility and balance.
The Target
Totally lower body focused. Reshape your hips, buttocks, inner & outer thighs with nonstop floor exercises.
Rep Reebok
A strength training class of efficient design that uses simple techniques to optimize results for a sculpted, fit body.
Zumba Express
30 min of dancing your way to very exciting fun and exotic dance based on Latin rhythms.
Strength & Step
Interval training targeting your major muscle groups, and working your abdominal muscles with easy to follow stepping moves. Whether you are a beginner stepper or a seasoned one, you will get the workout you are looking for.
Cardio & Sculpt
Fun, moving music and non-stop low impact cardio grooves layered with intervals of muscle toning. Guaranteed to get you moving and feeling great.
TBC (Total Body Conditioning)
Bringing out the athlete in everyone: athletic cardio, agility drills and solid core progressions. Develop your weaknesses and heighten your strengths in this motivating workout.
Spin Classes
Try these indoor cycling cardio classes that will motivate you into a great ride. For beginners to competitive cycling, experience fun, motivating action with various intensities of flat roads to hills for every ride.
Barbell Spin
In 25 minutes challenge your cardio performance and use a barbell to strengthen all major muscles with simple, athletic moves such as squats, lunges, presses, and curls
Senior Spin
A bike ride with a longer warm up and a workout in which you choose the desired tension and speed during the ride.
Extended Spin
Ride your way through hills, flats & sprints
Spin Class for Mom's
This class is short on time but not on fun. 30 minutes of high energy circuit training designed to get you back in shape.

An endurance workout followed by abdominal exercises using the medicine ball to obtain a stronger mid-section.
