A 60 minute session with a certified personal trainer designing a quality program towards your fitness goals.
Triple Packed Personal Training
A certified personal trainer will challenge your workout for 3 sessions by choosing alternative approaches to present exercises.
1st Session: 60 min to train with the new/updated exercise program. Last two sessions are 30 minutes focusing on review and performing exercise challenges.
Individual Quick Workout
Do you have a busy schedule? How can you physically improve in a short amount of time? Schedule a 30 minute custom workout.
Group Personal Training
A small group training makes fitness affordable and fun. Watch how your group provides accountability, encouragement, and social support while the trainer coaches and educates.
Special Interest Personal Training: Pilates, Belly Dance, Yoga, Zumba
