Club Series* Classes
Are you pressed for time? We have the quickest way to complete your weekly workout. Four days of total body workouts focusing on body toning, cardio, and core strengthening. This program is limited to 12 participants.
Just Pump*
A fun, fast-paced, muscle toning workout using barbells, dumbbells, and medicine balls. Monday 5:30-6pm
Turbo Kick*
Punch and kick your way through progressively challenging multi-level kickboxing drills. Tuesday 5:30-6pm
Awesome Core*
A strong core is much more than a tight tummy. These abdominal & back exercises will help strengthen and tone your vital core muscles. Wednesday 5:30-6pm
Endurance Ride*
A 30 minute spin class for any level of fitness. Thursday 5:30-6pm

Dance the calories away with this FUN and energetic cardio-based workout! Learn a variety of dance styles and a fusion of routines to the latest and most popular music in Hip-Hop, Latin, Reggae, and Pop.
Zumba
A fusion of Latin dances steps, low impact fitness moves, and high-energy exercise that are sweeping the exercise world.
Bollywood Dance
Choreographed with traditional Indian folk dance and updated with some modern moves, it combines a fun cardio and body toning workout.
Zumba Family
An exciting new way for children and parents to exercise while having fun learning to dance salsa, meringue, cambia, Latin pop and so much more.
Belly Dance
Like any dance, the moves that are used in belly dance can be beneficial for toning, cardio health and an overall great workout.

Great body sculpting classics like lunges, squats, and push ups are combined with cardio and core conditioning. Class limited to eight people.
Golf Conditioning
Join our personalized conditioning program and improve your flexibility, strength, core, balance plus hit the ball further.
Back Pain Solution
This class is not just for people with back pain, but for anyone who wants a strong and flexible back. We will focus on back alignment, breathing and floor exercises.
Balanced Body-Mind Classes
Yoga
A series of postures flowing continually from one posture to the next with emphasis on the breath. The benefits from this class are to build strength, flexibility, and stamina.

This is an introduction to yoga for beginners focusing on the breath, posture, and relaxation.
Tai-Chi
Stressed out? Learn to relax thru Tai-chi. This program will introduce Tai-Chi for health, self defense and art.
Pilates
The class is a series of body sculpting maneuvers that strengthen muscles, improve and tone the midsection muscles without using weights.
Hatha Yoga
A slow paced yoga structured to learn the principles of the postures and the breathing techniques unique to the art of yoga. Relax, and take some time to rejuvenate your body.
Massage Therapy
- 15 min of massage that focuses on one part that may be sore or overworked.
- 30 min is recommended for an athlete to increase circulation and muscles limber.
- 60 min is best for someone who needs to unwind from their workout, or just needs to relax.
